I am a Auckland based Counsellor operating a therapeutic practice specialising in the treatment of anxiety, relationship issues and depression.

Although I specialise in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) as a counsellor I believe in an integrated approach that includes Person Centred non directive Counselling / Structural Systemic Couples Therapy / Mindful Based Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (MBCBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Problem Solving strategies.
